Fire Alarm Test - January 8th at noon

Our semi-annual fire alarm system test is scheduled for Monday, January 8th at 12pm.

Access to all units on the 3 and 4 floors will be required for visual inspection of heat sensors.
The sensors must not be compromised in any way (not painted, damaged or covered). Owners and residents are responsible for providing access.

Heat and smoke sensors in the common areas will also be tested and occasional fire alarm might sound.

Condo Rules and Regulations update

We updated our Rules and Regulations and after officially registering them at the Norfolk Registry of Deeds they are in effect now. This document replaces the previous edition of Rules and all amendments.

Our goal was to simplify the language and summarize all changes that were adopted by the Trustees over the past years.The new Rules will better protect interests of the owners and residents.
 
If you rent your unit out you will find some changes that will affect your future leases and set  requirements for tenant's background check and move-in/ move-out process.

Garage door repair Friday from 9pm to 11pm

Our garage gates will be out of operation on Friday night from 9pm to 11pm. During this time you would not  be able to get in or out of the garage in your car. We picked the night time for the repair to minimize inconveniences for our residents.

We will be replacing torsion springs as currently one of them snapped.

No vaping is permitted on our property

To the residents who use vapes: they are prohibited on our property as they can set of a fire alarm in the building.

For those who do not vape, here is some information.
Vape devices convert a liquid substance (commonly called e-liquid) to an aerosol through the process of heating – like water turning to steam. When exhaled the particle concentration in the air gets high enough for a smoke sensor to trigger a fire alarm.
